Terms & Conditions OCS8 – Platform Terms of Use

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", or "Player") and OCS8 ("Platform", "we", or "the company"), accessible via ocs8.click. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the platform OCS8, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• You must register using your own name and not on behalf of any other person.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) OCS8 account only. Registering multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions. If you are suspected of holding more than one account, OCS8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all remaining balances without any compensation.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name, identification card number, active email address, and a valid Malaysian phone number. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a violation that may result in immediate account closure.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keep your account password confidential – do not share it with anyone.
• Ensure that no one else can access your account, including family members.
• Reporting to OCS8 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Keep your account information up to date whenever changes occur, especially your email address and phone number.

OCS8 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods to make depositing easy and convenient. All deposit transactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption technology to keep your financial information secure.

You may only deposit funds from a bank account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in all funds being held pending investigation. OCS8 does not impose any additional charges for deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply fees in accordance with their own policies.

Withdrawal of winnings at OCS8 are processed quickly – typically within 5 to 10 minutes for standard amounts. For larger withdrawals or those requiring additional review, processing may take up to 24 hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account used for your deposit.

• All confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the User.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform OCS8 and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action:

• Identity Fraud: Registering using a false identity, impersonating another person, or submitting falsified documents.

OCS8 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, free from technical errors, or completely accurate. OCS8 is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Fair and legitimate betting outcomes that result in financial losses on your part.
• Any damage to or loss of data on your device.

In any circumstance, OCS8's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total active deposit held in that user's account at the time the incident occurs.
